斯佳輝是浙江紹興人，出生于2002年，2013年9月開始練球。斯佳輝的練球、打球基本上都是自費的，斯佳輝的技術還不夠好，但進步是非?？斓?。第二次和第三次參加中青賽，都晉級了16強。
[1] 家在杭州的斯佳輝，有一個愛打臺球的父親。父親斯培均曾開過一家臺球室，斯佳輝很小的時候就接觸了臺球。10歲的時候斯佳輝和球桿差不多高，但是他已經能夠擊敗很多來球室打臺球的成年人。
2013年，那時斯佳輝還在讀小學，一次偶然的機會父親帶他到上海參加了一場斯諾克業余比賽，收獲了亞軍。
斯佳輝是2017杭州市斯諾克6紅球積分排名賽總決賽中年紀最小的選手，在全國職業斯諾克排名第48名，在2017-2018中國青少年斯諾克系列賽排名（截至蘇州公開賽）則排位第15名。
Chinese teenager Si is playing on the World Snooker Tour for the first time in 2019/20. He qualified via Q School, as the highest ranked player on the Q School ranking list who didn’t reach the semi-finals of any of the three events.
Si got to the quarter-finals of one event, the last 16 of another and the last 32 of the third, winning 12 matches in total.
On his first season on tour, he reached the last 16 of the English Open, beating Soheil Vahedi, Stuart Bingham and Zhou Yuelong.
